Fees and Insurance:

I accept the NYU student insurance (Consolidated Health Plan, CHP), and am willing to provide a receipt so that you can submit claims to any other insurance provider’s out-of-network plan. I do insist that my full fee be paid at the beginning of each session, whether you plan on paying out of pocket or submitting a claim for out-of-network reimbursement. If you are a NYU student with CHP, we will discuss the co-pay, depending on your plan, when we schedule your first session. 

I am currently seeing patients Monday through Thursday.
